Andrew leads our company with a steady hand, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, he pairs his formal education with nearly 20 years of real-world property management experience.

Over the years, Andrew has had the privilege of managing a wide range of properties from single-family homes to large multifamily communities. Through it all, his focus has remained the same: protect the asset, serve the owner well, and create long-term value. He understands that owning investment property can feel overwhelming, which is why he and his team take pride in handling the day-to-day responsibilities so clients can enjoy the benefits of real estate ownership: passive income, tax advantages, and steady growth.

Andrew believes that success in this industry comes down to consistency, transparency, and treating every property as if it were his own. He’s grateful for the trust his clients place in him and works hard every day to earn it.

Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted husband to Wendy, loves spending time with their daughters, was the former Big Brother of the Year, and loves traveling. His commitment to family shapes the way he does business, with integrity, care, and a long-term perspective.

Susan Navarro is the heart of our maintenance operations and a key reason our residents feel so well cared for. As our Maintenance Coordinator, she oversees all communication and coordination between residents and vendors, ensuring that every repair request is handled promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail. From the moment a service issue is reported to the final follow-up, Susan keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Her organization, responsiveness, and genuine care for people play a major role in overall resident satisfaction. Residents appreciate her clear communication and friendly approach, and vendors value her efficiency and professionalism. Simply put, Susan is a pivotal part of our business, helping us deliver the high level of service our clients and residents expect.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ryan. Together they love traveling the world, making memories with family, and cheering on the Angels. Her positive energy and dedication carry into everything she does, and we’re incredibly grateful to have her on our team.
