Andrew graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and has over 13 years property management experience. From single family homes, to large multifamily apartments, he knows exactly how to protect and manage your asset. He and his team have helped many individuals and investment groups do all the heavy lifting of owning an investment property/portfolio, while enjoying the many tax benefits and passive cash flow of real estate. He is married to his wife Wendy and they have 3 daughters. 

Cesar is a genuine people person. Also a great judge of character. This makes him the perfect person to go to for all your resident needs. From applications, to tenant inquiries and evictions, Cesar's calm, matter-of-fact attitude can handle many of our day-to-day business needs. He is married to his wife Ashley and they have a family dog named “Shadow.”

Vincent has a true passion for maintaining his properties. So much so, he treats all of them as his own. Vincent is extremely patient with all of his residents and goes out of his way to ensure all assets stay in tip-top shape with his preventative maintenance programs. Vincent’s top priority is making sure your property is always looking and performing its best and making sure our residents love calling our properties "home!" He is married to his wife Connie and they enjoy traveling on their free time.
